1. Returns and Exchanges (Buyer's Remorse)

SnarkTank does not accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse." Since every item is custom-printed only after an order is placed, we cannot exchange or refund orders if you simply change your mind, dislike the color, or prefer a different design. Please review all product details before purchasing.

2. Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges. Our products are made on demand, which means we produce a completely new item for every order, and we do not hold inventory. To ensure the correct fit, please consult the sizing charts provided on the product page before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Mislabeled Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or mislabeled, we will gladly replace it. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the product's delivery date. To report an issue, please send a detailed description and clear photographic proof of the defect to our support email.

4. Lost in Transit

If the tracking information shows your order has been lost by the carrier (e.g., tracking stops moving for an extended period), we will process and ship a replacement at our expense. We do not cover packages that tracking shows as "delivered." If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first.

5. Unclaimed or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the subsequent reshipment cost. We will contact you upon receiving the returned item to confirm the correct address and arrange for payment of the new shipping fee.
