Refund and Returns Policy
All SnarkTank products are Print-On-Demand (POD), which means each item is custom-made for you after you place your order. Because we do not hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges under most circumstances.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for "Buyer's Remorse"
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered (see sizing policy below)
- Wrong color ordered
- "Buyer's remorse" (changing your mind)
Please double-check your order, product descriptions, and sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Sizing Issues
We do not offer size exchanges.
A sizing chart is available on every product page. Please use these charts to ensure you select the correct size. SnarkTank is not responsible for refunding or replacing items if the incorrect size is ordered.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items
If the product you receive has a manufacturing error, is mislabeled, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to us within 30 days after the product has been received.
- To submit a claim, please contact our support team with your Order Number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Upon review and verification of the issue, we will work with our fulfillment partner to send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
4. Packages Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit and the tracking link has not updated, you must submit a claim to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement order to you.
5. Packages Marked "Delivered" but Not Received
SnarkTank is not responsible for packages where the tracking information states "Delivered." We cannot issue a refund or replacement for items that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend you check with your local post office or neighbors if you believe a package was delivered but not received.
6. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you (the customer), you will be liable for the reshipment costs.
If an order goes unclaimed or the reshipment fee is not paid within 30 days, the product will be donated to charity, and we will not be able to offer a refund.
We will contact you via email if we receive a returned package.
You will have 30 days to confirm an updated, correct address and pay the new reshipment fee.
